Q:  How long does it take to process an order?

A:  Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive and email notification with updates on your order status.

Q:  What is your refund policy?

A:  Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@poshandprettyprints.com immediately so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Q:  Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

A:  Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
